It's almost that time of year again - the annual Buddy Walk, supporting Down syndrome awareness! This will be the 4th year for Team:Presley and we're so excited about participating again. This is an annual, national event and the 10th year for the Central Texas Down syndrome chapter.
Below are some details about this year's walk for the Central Texas Down syndrome chapter:
Date: Sun. Oct. 25, 2009
Time: 12noon - 4pm
Make sure you select, "Join an existing team", and select "Team:Presley" from the pull down menu of teams!
Cost: Adults: $15, kids 12 and under: $5 - this includes t-shirt, food, drinks, and all the fun at Reunion Ranch!!!
Activities: Jumping castles, face painting, silent auction, games for kids, pony rides, hay rides, paddle boats, and live entertainment
We'll provide more details and reminders as the event gets closer ~ just a heads up that Team:Presley's theme this year is related to animals somehow - just don't have a catchy name yet!
